adding a picture to a feature request does not work

when I try to add a jpg picture to a request I get a message the picture is too big (> 2 MB) when the actual size is 16 KB

  Hi Job, we were not able to reproduce this issue. Are you still seeing the message when you try to add the photo?

  Yes, I've mailed the file to Mike. Hoping that will help to reproduce the problem.
