Can anyone explain why when saving a family tree to print, a large silhouette shows up in the middle of the page obscuring the information? How do I avoid that? On most of the profiles I choose, the jpg looks perfect without the large profile. This only happens on certain profiles; each time I tried to save those particular profiles. I don't do anything differently to get the obscured jpg. I use the same browser, printer functions, and icons on Geni.
