Hello; when I'm in Tree View and select a profile (clicking outside the letters), the expected side panel won't load. It does pop up, but it remains white, showing only the animated loading icon (revolving dots), indefinitely. It's been that way for weeks. Right now, I need the panel to open, so I can use "Move", so could someone fix it? Thank you. Best regards, Maja

By the way, it has worked as it should once after I posted the ticket. But only once. -
Job Waterreus It may help to know on what device you are trying this and also what browser you use. If there is another browser available it might help to see if you have the same problem with that. Otherwise if the browser has add-ons it may help to see if privacy mode does work.

Geni Support Team Hi Maja, is it the side panel for Jens Hansen? It seems to load fine for us. You may want to try to clear your Geni cookies. You can clear them by clicking on this link: https://www.geni.com/login/clear_cookies
If you are still having trouble loading the side panel, please try the suggestions from Job above to see if it loads on a different browser. If the problem persists, please let us know what device and browser/version you are using.
