I am new to Geni. Go an e-mail the other day re: Pro so I decided to sign up. I spent the whole day entering ancestors (4 gens on each side) and when I went back in my tree was gone except for my name. No one to talk to - no phone numbers to contact - just how do you get help and how long does it take. I want access to my tree, or send me proof you have destroyed my credit card info and I will go away. Been at this for over 30 years and I would think these sites would be more user friendly. Paying members should not have to work so hard to get help!
