Unable to merge

When I try to merge, the correct screen comes up but I am unable to move the colored boxes into the corresponding duplicate. I reported this once but it was only fixed for a short time until it stopped working. Please help.

  Having the same problem Karen.  The resolve duplicate window drag & drop feature is inactive.  Hope the GENi team can fix this soon.

  I am having the same problem. I can get to the window but can't drag.
