What are the HTML tree steps for "Resize photo"?

In Flash tree its fast and easy, but in HTML tree I can't find it.

 

I'm sure it's under my nose somewhere.

  Hi Gary, it's not you! This option is not yet available on the HTML tree. It is on our To Do list, but we don't have a firm release date planned at the moment.

  Can it be done from inside the profile page?

  Yes, you can do it on the photo page. Click "Identify" and drag the sides of the green frame to how you want it. Once you are satisfied, type your relative's name to tag them.
