I just found out through DNA that my father is not my father and would like to remove his line to accurately update my tree with my correct line. How do I go about this.

Евгений Игоревич Фишгалов At your https://www.geni.com/profile/edit_relationships/ page you can change the relationship from biological to stepparent (or remove the relationship if that is what you want) and then add your biological parent.

Chrissie The remove button stays grey. It will not allow me to remove them. I had to change it to adoptive because it only gives you biological adoptive or foster.

If you get a message that cutting a relation with a parent will cut the tree go to the tree screen and move the child to each of the correct parents and confirm that it is a child of that parent. Refresh the screen. The child should now have the correct parents.
