  Hi Else, if your relative had claimed their account with their email address, then you will need to report their profile as Deceased via the Actions button on their profile. 

  1. Go to their profile page and click 'Actions'

  2. Click "Report"

  3. Select "Deceased" from the dropdown and leave a comment

  Once our customer service team receives the report, we will be able to help unclaim the account so that you may update it to reflect your relative's passing.
