Two issues:
- I had an account under bob.junke@gmail.com which you closed for some reason in December. I tried to start over (my only option) but Geni refused it saying the email address was already in the system and I had to log in to start over. BUT!!!!!!!!!! I can't log in because the account was closed. This loop is ridiculous. Doesn't Geni test their web applications??? The only way I could start over was with my email address without the dot (bobjunke@gmail.com) which is the same gmail account I use. Geni really needs to fix this bug.
- I was trying to upgrade to Pro and wanted to pay with PayPal. However the Geni PayPal payment feature is broken . After entering my billing information and submitting I get this.
