My daughter created a geni profile but it created a new profile instead of merging with an existing profile. I have closed her email address but cannot merge the profile. It says I have already approved the merge but it is still showing I have 2 daughters with the same name. How do I get this changed? deleted or merged please? Thanks Lori

Job Waterreus Your daughter should be able to merge the profiles if you approved the merge.
