I setup my parents profile with their e-mail addresses, but "invite" button does not appear

Geni Support Team Hi Irina, it appears you have already sent the invite to your parents. When they receive the email, they can click on the link provided to join the tree.

Irina Tkach I am not sure if this is a bug or I was not using it correctly, but I never sent an invite to my parents, because I did not see and "Invite" button. I also confirmed with them they ever received an invitation. If your system showing that invitation was sent, is it any way for me to repeat it and send another invite?

John Louis Akard III I want to tell a site manager on My Heritage, how to join GENi. Since I'm already a member, I get information for GENi Pro but I can't locate how to join GENi. They are not related, or at least, they are not listed on either My Heritage or GENi as related, yet.Every time I Google GENi to try to find a place for this other site manager to join us, It assumes I just want to log on to my site.

Geni Support Team Hi John, you can ask the site manager to start an account at www.geni.com . Once they have created an account, you can send them a Family Group request, so they can see your tree.
Alternatively, you can use the Create a Branch feature (https://www.geni.com/family-tree/create_branch) to start a separate tree for the site manager and enter their email address to the profile to send them an invitation to claim it.
