merging duplicates impossible

I have by mistake added my husband two times and now I have two similar husbands in the tree with same name and same birth date. Both profiles are managed by me. However, it is impossible to merge them. Does anyone know how to manage this problem?

  Dear Sirs,

  I am still seeing on my geni page that I am “my own sister”...

  I already requested a merge (Hebrew and English)

  How does one CANCEL this status .?
