I can’t get my Ftdna dna results to link

Hi, 

I can’t get my dna link from Ftdna to work. 
the dna tab says I have no dna results on geni.

I go to the green box and click “transfer your dna results”

this takes me to the relevant page on my Ftdna profile where I click “connect now”

I tick the little box at the bottom and “authorise”. This takes me back to geni. But when I go to the dna tab nothing has changed. It still says there are no dna results.

is there something I’m missing.

  Hi Johanne, there is currently an issue with FTDNA sending the information to us. We are in communication with the FTDNA team and they are currently working on a fix. We hope they will have it released soon. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.

  Ditto here, all FTDNA "connect to geni" does is sends me to my geni page
