Can't authorize DNA link via family tree DNA connecter

I'm currently trying to upload my 23andMe test via Family Tree DNA Connector and I'm at the page where I need to authorize it. I've checked off the "I accept Geni's Family Tree DNA Connector Terms of Service and Privacy Policy." box however that just makes the button go gray. I refreshed the page, clicked the box, waited, and then the button went blue so I clicked and nothing happened. I kept clicking for nothing to keep happening, so I refreshed again and the same thing happened, and now it's perma gray. 

 

How do I get this to work? I'd like to link my results.

  Hi Cameron, there is currently an issue with linking FTDNA accounts to Geni. We are in communication with FTDNA and they are currently working on a fix. We're very sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this time. We'll let you know once we have an update.

  It hasn't worked since February. They have been "working" on a fix since then. It's frustrating.

  Add me... the only thing when click the Connect to Geni at FTDNA does is it takes me to my GENI page, I have paid to get a test at ancestry, uploaded to FTDNA the Raw, PSAID FTDNA to run their results and unlock..and CANNOT transfer it to GENI (DNA results)
  
  Why doesnt GENI just direct take Raw?  Or Why not The Myheritage (Who OWNS GENI)   pass on any Raw submitted to IT  simply pass it onto those Both GENI and Myheritage users?

  Ditto. Very frustrating. 

  The least you could do is have a splash page explaining that it's not working, rather than bury the fact in the support pages. When will this be fixed? I paid for Geni Pro and am now regretting my decision.

  Hi Timothy, we understand your frustration. The FTDNA technical team is still working on fixing this issue. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA on when they will have it released. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  Given GENI is owned by My heritage and since one can upload raw DNA to it and have a report etc there why isnt such simply portable over to GENI from My Heritage your owners?
  
  Why from FTDNA who are doing nothing it seems to resolve..for months the issue?
  
  I was able upload my raw file to My Heritage and got a DNA report etc there...
  
  Other things are shared between GENI and My Heritage...smart matchs etc...so why not the DNA my heritage processes being uploadable from my heritage to GENI?

  It's still not working. I'm sure there are a lot of hoops you guys need to jump through to get it set up since you're linking with another website. Any update on when it'll be up and running?

  Ok I've patiently waited for over nine months.....why hasn't this been fixed yet? When will you fix it?  Do the period that you are not able to provide the service that we've paid for, I would like a 50% rebate on the fees paid for both these services immediately.

  If you've already linked your DNA kit to Geni and wish to update your results, you must first disconnect Geni from FTDNA and then you can reconnect your accounts.
