There are a number of annoying bugs to note:
1) I cannot enter new credit card details - getting error message saying there are too many cards when actually (after removing the previous one) there I have no cards shown there.
2) when I try to pay sraight for continuing my Geni Pro subscription I get error messages with my credit card that otherwise works perfectly well
3) I wrote to the help desk and have not received any help on the issue
4) when I try to raise a ticket to get help on the web it guides me to the payment form which is super annoying because this is the core of the problem and your find yourself in the loop of a bugged system which is designed only to provide help to those who have already paid while not letting you to pay
