Delete a child

I tried to delete a child that was put in by mistake and it says:

Error: Relatives connected to this profile would be disconnected, you need to first remove connected relatives. You cannot delete this person.

Who are the connected relatives? I tried to remove parents and children and still I can't even do that.

Can you please help me?

  It may help if you give a link to the profile.

  You cannot delete a profile that has children and should not never delete any profiles that also has other managers.
