I had acess to our family tree, set up by a relative.
I had not checked for a while, but today I could not log in with my old email and password. Many of the entries that were there before including dates and names are gone. Most of my relatives, including my name is gone, with my name appearing as “private”. My father has two children, one of them is still there and I appear as “private”. I have entered through facebook login, but that doesn’t help as there might now be two entries eith same email. My email is donatella.bernstein@gmail.com

Geni Support Team Hi Donatella, it sounds like you may have accidentally created a duplicate account. Is there an alternate email address you may have used for your original account?
