Dear Geni Team,
After yesterday's Geni outage, my tree displays just 3 generation that is frustrating as I can't see the whole tree now as before. Is there a way to return back the whole tree without this limitation of 3 generations?

Hi Oleg, you simply need to adjust the number of generations to display in the tree. To do this, first click on the gear icon on the left of the tree page.
Next adjust the slider or enter the number of generations of ancestors and descendants you would like to see displayed in the tree. Then click "Submit."
