Job Waterreus You can only remove yourself if there is another manager for the profile.
As far as I know anyone in your family group can add him/herself to profiles in the family group as a manager. So if you leave her Granddaughter as a manager you should be able to remove yourself.
You should also look at https://www.geni.com/account_settings/managed_profiles if you want to prevent getting management if users in your family group close their accounts

Lori Marie Johnson 1. I don't want to remove myself. IT IS MY MOTHER! It is another person, a niece, that has put herself on without asking me or the other 2 managers if it was ok to be one. Although my mother is her grandmother, she only met her at 4 months old. In other words, she never knew the woman and her father, a step-brother, never visited his mother when she was dying. So, how can geni allow anyone to just add themselves to a record as a MANAGER!!! THAT IS MY QUESTION!!! HOW TO REMOVE THESE UNWANTED PEOPLE?
