I paid you a lot of money for a long time, and helped many get their trees straight. I am no longer a pro member, (and much of the material I entered is not in my hands anymore) but something basic like updating my mother's status as deceased should still be available. Her email has been revoked and I cannot "claim" her anymore. There are many images of her online, and I wouldn't want those erased. My father has been a pro for many years but we don't have the money now to continue that.

Geni Support Team Hi, we're sorry to hear about your family's loss. If you mother had claimed her account, then please report her profile as "Deceased" via the Actions button on her profile. When our customer service team receives the report, they can assist with unclaiming her account so that you can update it to reflect her passing.
