Adding family
When I try to add family, the cursor jumps around, then to just freezes up. I have to get out of entire site for it to go away. I let it sit for 15 minutes and it was still frozen. Ughhh

Job Waterreus It may help to specify on which device and browser you have te problem.
As a work around you could try to add family from the profile screen.

On mobile devices, you simply need to tap on a node to open up the person's details. Then tap "Add" to add a relative. You will then be able to add information about that relative and save.
At which point does the page jump around or freezes?

Justine Nanette Broyles I followed the steps exactly as you stated above but when I try to move from birth date to birth location and start typing it will jump back up to birth date or I may get to put in a few letters and then it freezes, I try to delete letters and I may jump up to birth date or down to is this person living question. Try to move it back and type name and it may put them in may not. Or put them in front of or behind the previous letters I had typed. Eventually it just freezes completely.

Oliver Alexander Widengren I'm also experiencing the same issue. I see several threads with different users experiencing and reporting this. Seems to be going on well over a year.
