Job Waterreus It may help if you give a link to the profile.
If the profile is claimed only the user can edit it unless the setting for https://www.geni.com/account_settings/profile_privacy is adjusted to allow family to edit it.
If the profile is deceased please see How do I report a profile as Deceased?

Geni Support Team Hi Alan, can you please provide the link to the profile? Do you receive an error message when you try to upload a photo? Please also let us know where you are trying to upload the photo (example: from her profile page's media tab or in the tree).
