When I use the Source Assistant (generally starting from the "Source Assistant" box on the home page) things usually work as expected. But, for certain sources, clicking on "Review" gives the error page "An unexpected error has occurred." This problem appears to be permanent for these sources. I've used the source assistant, successfully, hundreds of times, and have accumulated 10 problem cases, all still accessible from my home page.
