There is a duplicate profile of my mother on my tree that will not go away. It makes Geni claim my mother is also my aunt, and that she is her own sister. I have tried merging multiple times and the profile continues to appear. I have also reported the profile, with no results. Can this be resolved somehow? Thanks.

Geni Support Team Hi Leor, it looks like your mother has claimed both profiles with her email address. She will need to login to each account to complete the merge herself.
