GENi will ONLY show my ancestry through my mother’s mother’s father’s father’s line. NEVER through any of my SEVEN other great grandparent’s lines! Can someone help?

Geni Support Team Hi Charles, Geni will calculate the closest blood and in-law path to you/focus person, if either can be found. Otherwise, you may be seeing the one which was cached or calculated first.
Paths can be refreshed one week after the initial path is found. If changes have been made to the tree and you would like to recalculate the relationship path sooner, please contact a curator.
Also, keep in mind that pending merges and recent merges can also prevent the closest relationship from calculating. You may want review the tree to see if you have any pending conflicts or merges that need to be resolved.
