I have a valid user, with some not-so-correct data, in GENi,
Then I have a .GED file that is much more correct, who can I mege my my correct .GED file, into the not so correct tree,
For me it would make sense to delete the existing tree in Geni, to replace this with the proper.GED file.
The reason for this is that I want to use GENI as my mani program, switching from another program

You should never delete profiles managed by other users without first getting approval from all the managers, so unless you have a non connected tree you cannot really delete it.
Anyway importing a GEDCOM will in most cases create very many duplicates which should be merged and for which conflicts most be resolved, so I would advice against it.
If you are able to upload the GEDCOM to another site that is supported by SmartCopy, I would advice using SmartCopy (see https://www.geni.com/projects/SmartCopy/18783)
Hi Nils, the GEDCOM importer is not intended to be used that way and should only be used to import profiles that do not yet exist on Geni.
Job's advice to use SmartCopy may be the better solution if you would like to update your existing tree with new information.
