How can I put pictures on profile?

I am trying to put some pictures in the album but when i choose to get pictures from computer it doesn't let me. why?

  It might help if you give a bit more detail. Did you look at the help for Photos & Videos

  Did you manage to create an album.Can you add pictures from internet to it? Did you try to add a picture to a profile? (if so a link may be helpful). If you are a basic user there is a limit of 1 GB for media (see What are the benefits of a Geni Pro membership?)
