My Brother -in-law wife ,Bilha Reich, passed away. Her profile was managed by my late husband. I would like to be allowed to manage her profile and that of her children profile.

Geni Support Team Hi Yael, we're sorry to hear about your family's loss. I see that our customer service team has resolved the Deceased report on Bilha Reich's profile. You should now be able to edit her profile to reflect her passing. To add yourself as a manager of the profile, go the her profile page, click on 'Actions', select 'Manager Options' then click on 'Manage this profile'. Note that her children have all claimed their accounts with their email addresses. This means only they will be able to edit their profile unless they choose to update their profile privacy settings to allow other relatives to edit their profile.
