  Could it be that you have multiple accounts?

  ...thanks for your quick response, Job...opened up my account in 2018 and have been updating it vigorously, even up to 15 hours ago...I signed out and the data has disappeared. A friend allowed me to get into her account and something went wrong somewhere...how do I check whether I somehow got multiple accounts?
