I can't edit my tree profiles

I can't edit profiles of my tree, there is no edit button. what does this have to do with it?

in the picture an example that the edit button is not available to me

  It may help if you give a link to an example profile.

  If a user claimed a profile that you added you can no longer edit that profile.

  That is a user profile, you can only edit a user profile if you are in the family group of that user and the user allowed it (see https://www.geni.com/account_settings/profile_privacy)

  I cannot get out of my family tree.  My original subscription expired but I used to be able to type in a name and obtain information about that person.  I can't anymore and I just joined Geni Pro.  If this does not improve or I do not hear from someone, I am cancelling my subscription.  Please Help!

  I am the creator of the entire tree, and only I added all the profiles. I can't edit my parents' profile even. who needs to return for a solution to the problem, I live in Russia.
