I have just paid for both Geni Pro and Myheritage data, but I can't access MyHeritage data.

Geni Support Team Hi Francis, you received an email receipt with important information about your MyHeritage data subscription.
If you already have an account with MyHeritage registered to the same email address on your Geni account, you don't need to do anything -- your account will be automatically credited in 48-72 hours. If you do NOT have an account with MyHeritage (or if your account is registered to an email address other than the one you use on Geni), please go to www.myheritage.com/family-tree to register an account with the same email address you use on Geni. Once registered, your account will be credited in 48-72 hours.
