I created our family tree 10 years ago so I was the manager of everyone's profiles. 3.5 years ago my uncle removed me as the manager of his profile and made himself the manager. He died this summer so I'd like to update his profile to reflect that. Is there anything I can do? I don't have a paid account that allows me to send a support ticket to Geni.

Geni Support Team Hi Miriam, we're sorry to hear about your uncle's passing. You can report his profile as Deceased by clicking the "Actions" button on his profile page and select "Report." Choose "Deceased" from the dropdown, leave a comment, and submit.

Frank Bax If under "Actions" you see "Manager Options"; you can add yourself as a manager.
