My brother is locked out of his account.
He ended up with three profiles as I tried to work around it.
Can they be merged and let me control it to make changes please?

If he no longer wishes to use Geni, then he can contact us directly at subscriptions@geni.com and request help to regain access to his account or request that we close his account and allow you to manage his profile.
Note if he chooses to keep his account, he can update his privacy settings to allow relatives to edit his profile.
