GedCom export only takes 197 persons from the tree BUG

I try to export my whole tree, which includes 784 persons, but despite the type of export I choose - blood relatives or the whole forest, I always end up with 197 persons in a tree. (each time different 197 persons)

Is it a bug, or am I doing something wrong?

  Did you look at How can I export my GEDCOM?

  There is a limit on what you can export:

  Limits:

  Basic users - GEDCOM exports are limited to 4x the number of profiles you've added and up to a maximum of 5,000 profiles

  Pro users - GEDCOM exports are limited to 4x the number of profiles you've added and up to a maximum of 50,000 profiles

  You can export from any profile you added. There exists software that can merge GEDCOM files, so that may be an option.

  These 784 persons are all added my me. I have a basic account, but it seems to me that i'm within the limits of basic users. So why do I have such an issue then?

  Hard to say. It may depend on the profile you selected as the starting point for the export.

  Did you check for tree conflicts? All tree and data conflicts will be exported to your GEDCOM, so check https://www.geni.com/list/tree_conflicts and https://www.geni.com/list/data_conflicts (for managed by me)

  I also tried exporting from different profile - but the problem stills the same, I only get 197 persons in GEDCOM

  Hi, your tree only contains about 200 people. Where do you see the number 784?

  That "800" number on the export page is the max number of profiles you are allowed to export, which as a basic member is limited to 4 times the number of profiles you have added and up to a maximum of 5,000 profiles. 

  Your tree only connects about 200 people. If you can specify which profile is missing from the GEDCOM, perhaps we can see why. It's possible the profile is outside the scope of the export group.
