Hi!

 

I was charged once $130 on Nov 12, 2022 and once again just 4 days later $104 on Nov 16, 2022.

 

I have spoken already to a customer service representative right after it happened, and she told me that she will issue me a refund - which I never got...

 

Please be kind and refund me one of these charges.

 

Please respond AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
