Login trouble

I’m unable to login to my account when using my iPhone but can login to the same account on computer & iPad. On the phone I get an error that tells me I closed my account in February, which I didn’t, clearly as I can still access it on 2 other devices. Any ideas what to do? (& yes, I’ve triple checked login details)….

  I would guess you may have multiple accounts. Probably you should contact Geni about is. See How do I contact Geni about my subscription?
