I have the Geni Pro free trial, set to expire on December 14th. I want to cancel it, but the method used by everyone else in these posts doesn't work for me. They go to Account Settings -> Geni Pro Account -> Make Changes to Your Geni Pro Subscription. The problem is that the make changes link doesn't show up on my page. How else am I supposed to cancel this? Please help!

Geni Support Team Hi Dylan, our records show you have already successfully canceled your free trial. This is why you don't see the option again. At the end of your trial period, your account will revert back to a free basic account.
