Does anyone have idea of how I can upgrade to Pro? I can't submit a ticket since I can't access the Pro ugprade yet. Every time I enter Credit Card it just sits and sits, no error message and nothing happens.

Robert Weston Same problem. I opened a ticket and they just closed it without any resolution (probably because I'm not a Pro member, which I can't be, because...)
