Cannot log in. Geni responds that my password is old and an email was sent to change it. No email has arrived. Tried several times to reset my password, does not send an email to do it. I have also send several times email to subscriptions@geni.com. The first response from you is 154158 on 13th January, and nothing after that. Now I need your help.
