Todate I have been able to follow through with Record matches. but today I seem to have to have a MyHeritage Data sub to be able to do anything. I have a MyHeritage 'Complete' sub.

Job Waterreus You should probably contact Geni about it, see How do I contact Geni about my subscription?

Brian Turner I am told that I need a Geno Pro subscription to be able to do this!
-
Job Waterreus It depends, so matches are free, for others you need a separate MH data subscription.

Geni Support Team Hi Brian, you should be able to view Record Matches and Smart Matches with your MyHeritage Complete subscription (it includes the data subscription). Please make sure you are logged into your MyHeritage account when you try to view a Record Match or a Smart Match on Geni.

Brian Turner That seems to work, although I get the impression now that it must also work sometimes without having to specifically sign in to MyHeritage first - or at least it has done in the past! Thanks

Geni Support Team You may have already been signed into your account. It has always been required to be logged into both Geni and MyHeritage to confirm Record Matches and Smart Matches to Geni profiles.
