Getting error message that I don't have permission to view the the image I've uploaded on the tree I am a manager! How it's possible? How to fix it?

  It may help to give a little more info, like the URL of the profile with the picture and the URL of the picture.

  Hi Svetlana, can you clarify which photo is giving you the permissions error? Your first screenshot shows photos for Judith Yulia Polterovich, but you sent the link to the profile of Paulina Palterovich.
