Geni Support Team Hi Nadine, since we are now enforcing minimum password strength requirements, we are asking all users to reset their password.
We recommend you choose a strong password that you have not used anywhere else.
If you have emailed us at subscriptions@geni.com , then you should have received an automatic reply confirming that we received your email. This email also contained a ticket number. Can you please let us know your ticket number?

Nadine Loulou I've received email replies now after a month of emailing but the links don't work. Obviously this is a temporary account and I'm unable to log in with my real account

Geni Support Team Hi Nadine, can you clarify what links don't work? If you received a reply to your ticket, then you should respond back by replying directly to the email.
