Job Waterreus Did you hide them?
-
Susan Frances Deane Well not on purpose! =D
I’m trying to find my family - not delete or hide them! I’m new to Geni. Where do you find the page you are showing me?
Kind regards,
Susan -

Job Waterreus What I am seeing is this:

Susan Frances Deane And you highlightet an ‘edit’ button that I don’t see. I’m in the danish version but still don’t see an equivalent button I’m afraid…

Geni Support Team Hi Susan, can you clarify which relatives are missing?
-
Job Waterreus If you search for Immediate family on your profile page, you should see it.
But I'll leave it to the Geni Support Team to help you further.

Susan Frances Deane Ok, thank you Job!
Yes, I’m missing the family members that stem from my grandmother’s siblings (Esther, Maurius, Edele and Kamma. I pretty sure that Trulle is Edeles nickname but I have to get that confirmed first before I merge). They dissapeared after the merge (drag and drop), but all of the info they have put down is still there meaning that I can not have overwritten anything. I hope you can help.
Thank you and have a good day!
Kind regards,
Susan -
Geni Support Team Hi Susan, your grandmother's siblings are still in the tree. If you are having trouble finding someone in the tree, you can click on the "Go To" tab at the bottom of the page to bring up an alphabetical list of everyone in that tree view. Just click on a name to be taken to that person's place in the tree.
Or do you mean that you don't see their children in the tree? Due to the tree size, not everyone can be displayed at once. If there are branches hidden, you will see a small tree icon at the top right of a node. Click on it to reveal the hidden branch.
