  Do you receive an error message? What type of device and browser are you using?

  Do you try to search for family? As a basic user you can only use the Geni search to find profiles you and your collaborators manage.

  If you made multiple accounts you cannot find the profiles you made with the other account. If you have multiple accounts you shouls merge them. If you want to find public profiles you do not manage try using an external search engine like Google (add site:geni.com to your Google search to limit your search to Geni)
