problem with geni account

Hi  have a geni account but cannot access the email associated with the account, which the email is esheffield_student@kt.org. can you possibly switch the email to elchononsimcha@gmail.com

  Did you look at How can I update an email address on a profile?

  If that does not work see How do I contact Geni about my subscription?
