It's been almost 2 weeks and I can't get into my original account!

I was asked to reset my password and I tried at least 30 times, did everything recommended, including adding geni.com to my address book and nothing. I am not getting my reset email, no matter how many times i have tried. I have filed 3 tickets with Geni support, and I have yet to hear from anyone. What type of service is this?! Granted I am not a pro-customer, but why would want to be when you can't even help with a simple reset of password? I don't know what to do... I need the information I stored here which took me quite a while to put together.
