I can't access my tree properly. I t comes up telling me I need to install a flashdriver, which I have. The message only stays for about 3 secs and if I am quick to click on the other option , it still does not allow me to access tree. Whats going on?

Jeffrey Edwards Cohen Same problem. I have uploaded Flash drive several times and it makes no difference. I can access everything in Geni except my tree. As this is the most important part, not much point to continue. Certainly not going to join pro if I can't access my tree to work on it.

Jeff, Geni Curator You could try a different browser. It's not a site problem. It's your browser / plugin. Geni is working to transition away from Adobe Flash, but whatever is blocking it from working, it's not on Geni's end. It's something in your browser.
