geni works with internet explorer and outlook 2013. Just upgrades from windows 8.1 to windows 10. Now my geni emails seem to have a real problem and the computer goes to never never land. Ca you fix this issue?

Mark Harry Schwartz I can't get the trees to show at all. The relationships at the top are vertically displayed instead of horizontally...a disaster. I contacted geni and someone wrote back that they tested it on Windows 10 and it works for them...I just don't know what to do.
