it is impossible to upload photos

Hello,

I'm trying to upload several photos to one album via Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.

I dragged photos and waiting for the progress bar, but nothing happens.

Dev console displays error (see attached screenshots).

Please provide information about how can I upload my photos?
