I can't open the profile of Richard Otis

This profile just won't open on my computer:

Everything else is working fine. It is just that profile giving trouble.

Other users told me that it works for them.

Now, I tried to open this same profile on my laptop (different technology, different browser, different everything), still the profile won't open.

So if it works for others, but not me, no matter the technology, therefore, the problem must be related to "me", my profile. There may be something that sends the relationship building routine into a loop, until it times out.

Can you check this out?

  I have also experienced this, on a more broad basis. I also have no idea why profiles that opened fine, now do not. I hope this helps bring attention and rectification, to our issue of profiles not open, which did. This seemed to occur following the Pro promo, and following having broadly added, and then deleted, new extra profile managers (I was one, and had no idea why, but figured I was the one who will carry the family history, so I would learn). A reply to our Geni correspondence would surely be appreciated. I have various items I've needed to fix, and somebody, whom nobody knows, is stuck there as Profile Mgr, and will not respond. She is 18 generations removed, and multiple marriages away from being a blood relatives, so it is incomprehensible why 1) my relatives managed by a stranger, are only available to the stranger, and 2) when I try to view OUR connection again, which Geni once Sent me long ago, it is impossible. A sales ad pips up. How do we move beyond the sales ad, and get our work and learning done? Anyone have any helpful tips? Thank you
